Reviews, analyzes, evaluates and maintains an organization's telecommunications system. Designs, develops, and tests of telecommunications software solutions. Provides customer training of the telecommunications features and functionality. May lead and direct the work of others.

Job Specification
May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
