POSITION OPENINGS: MCSE and CISCO Field Technicians (Full-time)

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have a Bachelor or Associates degree in computer science or related field. Understanding of networking concepts including Routers, Switches, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, RAID levels, NTFS file system, file permissions.
Technicians providing server software support should be a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Technicians providing Cisco switches (e.g. 3512, 3524, 3548, and CAT 6000) Support must be a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Work experience may be substituted for certifications.
Candidates should have technology related experience. Excellent communication skills are required. Valid driver license and be insurable for vehicle operation is required. Prior experience in an educational institution is helpful but not required. Industry Certifications: CCAI, A+, Net+ is helpful.
Strong analytical approach and problem solving skills. Solid fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows2003 networking, domain/directory architecture, network/system performance, SPAM filtering, Web Proxy Security, monitoring and tuning standards and technologies.
Starting Annual Salary: $37,000+
